Returns
We get it—sometimes your morale patch doesn’t spark joy, or maybe your “I Survived the PowerPoint” mug arrived looking like it actually survived an IED. No sweat.
If you’re not 100% thrilled with your order, drop us a line at shop@duffelblog.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll help you return it, replace it, or turn it into something marginally less disappointing than a DA Form 31 with a “DENIED” stamp.
Some fine print:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and still able to pass an CIF inspection.
- We can’t accept returns on digital products or any item that’s been enlisted into combat.
- Refunds go back to your original method of payment, not a DFAC punch card.
- You’re responsible for return shipping unless we messed up. (Which we won’t. But if we did, we’ll fix it.)
